Our Seasons for Growth: Understanding Change, Loss and Grief Seminar is a 3-hour experience designed to explore the impact of change and loss, and how we respond to grief. It’s a gentle, empowering opportunity to deepen your understanding and discover practical strategies for supporting yourself and others.

We offer sessions at our venue in Te Aro or can bring the seminar to your organisation or group (koha appreciated).
