Last night it was my privilege to be able to thank the people from our parishes that contribute to our refugee resettlement support programme. Thanks also to Jake Smythe, from New Zealand Red Cross, who gave us valuable insights into the wider refugee context both globally and locally. Big thanks to all who attended and who support this mahi, and to the Anglican Movement, who jointly hosted this event with us. Together, we provide household goods and pantry items to refugees settling in Wellington.
